Now that everyone else has imitated Tribeca icon the Odeon, it’s high time the owners themselves gave it a try. If the food at Café Cluny, slated to open October 23, seems familiar, that’s because Odeon executive chef Vincent Nargi designed the bistro menu (including pan-seared sea scallops, pictured).
